1. Choose Your Experience
Let us know your interest and which experience you’re signing up for (Solo, Group Film, or both).
We'll send a quick onboarding form, finalize location details, and send any promo materials if needed.
2. Schedule Your Dates
Based on your package, we’ll coordinate the ideal rehearsal and filming schedule. Whether it’s a one-week intensive or sessions spread out over time, we’ll work with your competition and studio calendar.
3. Spread the Word (If You're a Studio)
We provide plug-and-play email copy, posters, handouts, and social graphics—just share with your families!
Optional: We’re happy to host a short parent/dancer meeting (in-person or virtual) to showcase past Coalesce films, answer questions, and generate excitement.
4. Production Day
Our full team (director, film crew, lighting, glam) comes ready. Dancers arrive to set at their time slots and experience what it’s like to bring a performance to life on camera.
5. Receive Your Final Films
Within one month, you’ll receive a download link to your polished, color-graded dance film, plus stills and social media assets.
Studios also receive all final deliverables to share and archive.

This is a pre professional company for ages 8-18. The Solo Film Experience is open to ages 8 and up while the Group Film Experience is open to ages 10 and up.

For the Group Film Experience, rehearsals will be held at your local dance studio, with production shoots taking place in San Antonio or surrounding cities. Exact locations will be determined closer to filming.
For the Solo Film Experience, filming takes place in a professional production studio in Austin, TX.

For the Group Film Experience, dancers will have 2 choreography days to set the piece, followed by rehearsals at their local studio leading up to the film shoot. The production day will be scheduled afterward.
For the Solo Film Experience, filming takes place in just one production day, with no additional rehearsals required.
